ApplyOnce platform is for the user groups namely; Applicants, Agents and Providers. The service relates to these three entities for the primary objective of Applicant able to submit a course application to the Provider with or without an Agent association. Applicant can store his/her information and documents that they can re-use without the need for manual or multiple entries of the same information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we and our associates we work with collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our Services, website and solutions that relates to ApplyOnce, and use of your information. By using our Service, you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for Applicant to maintain their information and associate with Agents (additionally) to share your Course information details along with submission (if required) to the selected Providers. This means, the Provider shall be able to search through the same Service (e.g. portal) of this information to make assessment based on the information and respond with outcomes. Our policy applies to all visitors, authorised users and others who access the Service.

Your username, password and email address when you register. Additionally, for Providers and Agents, we seek more business information attributes along with proof of documents to verify the account holder before granting the access to the Service.

Profile information that you maintain. This information allows users to find/search for any online communications as well to verify the account.

Communications between you and ApplyOnce. In some cases, emails are sent-out to notify about certain activity or confirmation including any verifications, which are aligned to business processes and note that you many not opt out of these emails related to the Service.

If you choose, you can to associate and de-associate your relationships within the Service and ApplyOnce will track these activities.

If you would like to chat online based on your associations, you can find your contacts and chat instantaneously. You also understand and agree any communication sent from your device, you are responsible for this and ApplyOnce does not control this communication.

If you as a registered user is online, then you are displayed via the location services and visible to others.

We may share personal information is allow it to be disclose to the associated Educational Providers and Authorised Agents for the purpose of your current and future course of study applications including verification and validations. ApplyOnce may also use your personal information to promote the services of ApplyOnce (including its related entities) and selected third parties.

We also may share your information from tools like cookies, log files, device identifiers and location data, with our selected third parties to help us provide the Service to you, under reasonable confidentiality terms.

In the event of change of Control, i.e. if ApplyOnce is sold (due to merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation) or otherwise transfer of assets to another organisation; your information such as name and email along with user content collected through the Service may be among the items transferred. You will continue to own your user content and the buyer will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a court order) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so as per the Country specific laws. It is mandatory for you to attain 18yrs of age at the course admission time and where it is found anyone under this age limit will have their account de-activated automatically without any prior information or notification. Hence you need to provide evidence or proof for ApplyOnce to re-activate the account if found valid.

In the event of a user deceased and you would like us to be notified, please contact us and should we require any other information, we will contact you at the email address you have provided in your request.

5. Other Websites and Interfaces

We are not responsible for the other websites or interfaces linked to or from our Service, when you navigate from our Service to another external service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party websites and interfaces. Any browsing and interaction outside of ApplyOnce Service are subject to third party own rules and policies. If you do authorise your user content to be accessed, you do so at your own risk and ApplyOnce is not responsible to this.

Also, worth noting that, if there are any API’s designed within the ApplyOnce Service (as part of business processes) to interact or exchange the data to verify/validate, it is exchanged in a secure manner as per both party’s rules and regulations. Occasionally, the exchange may not be successful due to standard maintenance or interruptions or network issues.
